Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and public transport, as well as some clean and comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. However, many were dissatisfied with extra fees for parking and pets, inconsistent service quality, and issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests also noted the lack of promised amenities such as airport shuttles and experienced problems with staff attitude or management. Overall, the hotel provides value for its location, but service and extra charges were common concerns.
