Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Some reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of certain areas. However, many guests experienced significant issues with reservation management, poor service, excessive noise from music or other guests, and dissatisfaction with the breakfast variety and quality. Cleanliness concerns and problems with payment policies were also mentioned. Overall, while the location and some staff received positive feedback, operational and service shortcomings detracted from the guest experience.
