Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, good breakfast options, and friendly staff. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean in several cases. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, such as moldy smells, stained carpets, and pet odors in some rooms. While most guests had positive experiences with service and amenities, a few noted problems with room maintenance and pet policies. Overall, the positives of location, breakfast, and staff stood out, but cleanliness was a concern for some.

Pros (+) The room was well cleaned and the facilities were generally in good order.
Cons (-) When we arrived, the staff wasn't sure our room was clean at almost 6pm and had to go check by walking up to the room. They seemed pretty disinterested and unemberrased by this, too. I thought the selection at breakfast was pretty weak as well.

Pros (+) Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great. The hotel is close to interstate (in fact you can see the highway out side the window) and right by the mall and several restaurants. Great room for the price and amazingly quiet considering we were so close to the interstate.
Cons (-) No black out curtains so we could see the cars going down the interstate thru the sheer curtains and hotel wouldn't match the price on kayak thru priceline so we booked the same room on priceline in the hotel lobby as it was $25 cheaper.

Pros (+) Enjoyed the suite configuration. Nice to enjoy an evening conversation. Most of staff I dealt with was pleasant.
Cons (-) Breakfast was fair, some staff members in dining area Monday were unhelpful and unfriendly. What eggs that were left were minimal and cold, staff wouldn't replace until they were completely gone.

Pros (+) Nice rooms, good value, friendly staff.
Cons (-) Internet was so bad I could not even test it. I was kicking back relaxing wanting to watch a video on my Ipad and I could not make it go after struggling over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, internet is as important as a clean room! I have stayed there twice and will regretfully not be back.

Pros (+) My room was pretty big and the bed was moderately comfortable.
Cons (-) The phone in my room wasn't connected at all for use so I couldn't call down to the desk. The wallpaper was very obviously peeling on my room.
