Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for those visiting Salford University or the city centre. Many found the breakfast to be a highlight, with good variety and attentive staff. Free and secure parking was appreciated by several guests, though there were a few negative experiences regarding parking fines and car safety. While some staff members were described as friendly and accommodating, others were criticized for poor communication or lack of helpfulness, leading to mixed reviews on service. The most common complaint was the lift being out of order, which caused inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or rooms on higher floors. Overall, the positives centered on location, breakfast, and parking, while service and elevator issues were the main drawbacks.
