Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, panoramic views, and proximity to attractions like Vietri Sul Mare and the city center. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, and the pool area. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, especially at reception, issues with cleanliness and maintenance, and disappointing breakfast quality. Some guests found the access to the hotel challenging due to many steps or steep paths, and several noted problems with amenities such as Wi-Fi, heating, and bathroom facilities. Overall, while the setting and some staff members were highlights, service and upkeep need improvement.
