Pros (+) The staff was enthusiastic and helpful as soon as we arrived. Check-in was a breeze and the staff made wonderful suggestions based on our planned activities. The room was exquisite. Very modern, cozy and chic. All areas of the hotel were pristine. Even at 2am, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Will be staying again soon!
