Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several reviews mentioned uncomfortable or small beds and noted that the hotel's decor and facilities are dated and could use renovation. Despite some negative comments about room comfort and the building's age, the overall experience was positive for most visitors.
