Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, beaches, and local attractions, making it a good choice for short stays or transit. Some reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the value for money. However, many guests reported serious issues with booking and check-in, including denied reservations, poor communication, and unhelpful or absent staff. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, old linens, and unpleasant odors. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant service and cleanliness problems were frequently mentioned.
