Guests frequently praised the hotel for its beautiful views, helpful and friendly staff, and good value for the price, especially for budget travelers. Many appreciated the amenities like kitchens and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a major concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, bugs, and maintenance issues.
