Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, delicious and varied breakfast options, and the beautiful, convenient location near local attractions like Victor Hugo’s house and the seafront. Many enjoyed the peaceful gardens and relaxing atmosphere. However, some guests noted issues with room size, outdated decor, and occasional cleanliness concerns.
