Pros (+) Great staff! Relaxing environment!!!
Cons (-) Sofa bed was uncomfortable and the distance to check in was understated. Very friendly staff though!

Pros (+) Spotlessly clean, nice design, and I had a nice little kitchen.
Cons (-) Unfortunate that the booking didn't tell me that the check-in was at a different hotel a couple blocks away, so I was dropped by my taxi and then saw the sign on the door saying go to the other location to check in.
