Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach, friendly and attentive staff, delicious and varied breakfast, and enjoyable pool facilities. Many appreciated the spacious common areas, garden, and family-friendly atmosphere. However, several reviews mentioned that the rooms are outdated, with some cleanliness and maintenance issues, and a few guests noted problems with unpleasant odors and noise. Overall, the positives of the location, service, breakfast, and pool outweighed the negatives for most guests.
