Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, friendly staff, and beautiful views, especially from the pool area. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as unclean bathrooms and rooms, and problems with pool temperature and amenities. While the service is often described as attentive and welcoming, some guests experienced lapses in professionalism and missing amenities. The pool area is attractive but frequently noted as too cold. Overall, the setting and staff are highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
