The staff was frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the parking situation, citing confusing access, extra fees, and height restrictions. Pros (+) Great Location. I was traveling with my wife and two daughters. We were right in the heart of the historic district. Great places to see and eat. We loved eating at the Cask and Kettle. We also enjoyed the hotel's restaurant.
Cons (-) The pool was closed due to renovations but we were given passes to an amazing aquatic center next door. The aquatic center is amazing.
