Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially the views of the Mackinac Bridge, and many found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Some reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, but others experienced issues with rudeness or language barriers at the front desk. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with several guests noting limited options or items running out quickly. The pool and hot tub were frequently mentioned as being out of service, which disappointed guests who had chosen the hotel for these amenities. Cleanliness was generally positive, though a few noted issues with stained linens or lack of housekeeping. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its location, but improvements in service, breakfast, and amenities could enhance the guest experience.

Pros (+) Everything was good and I would stay here again ..
Cons (-) Wish the breakfast had more to choose from ..

Mediocre
Anonymous, Aug 2018
Pros (+) The view of the Mackinac Bridge is nice said the location–just outsideof St. Ignace.
Cons (-) The beds were terrible and after I finally fell asleep the first night I was awakened by a hotel guest launching fireworks at three in the morning. Upon checkout the bill was more than what I agreed to pay when I booked and the front desk staff was unhelpful and rude.

Poor

Cons (-) Hot tub had grey filth floating and built up on corners that we didn't see until the jets the turned off. Totally disgusting! Room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like smoke terribly and bathtub had cigarette burns all over it. Sink and tub wouldn't drain. Beds were really hard. Breakfast was awful as well. I normally don't complain, but this was just the worst.

Pros (+) Great view from our room or the bridge! Also in a good location.
Cons (-) Breakfast was sub-par.... We ended up eating at the McDonalds across the street.
