Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the ferry and downtown, making it convenient for visiting Mackinac Island. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews mentioning well-kept rooms and pleasant smells. The staff and service were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. Many guests found the beds comfortable, enhancing their stay. While some noted the property is dated and in need of renovation, and there were occasional complaints about amenities and room features, overall, guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price and met their needs for a short, comfortable stay.

Wonderful
Brandon, Jul 2018
Pros (+) Everything was clean, it was just a small, tiny, clean, little motel. We stayed for 3 days and loved every night of it. Great place when you're mostly out checking out the town and just need somewhere clean to sleep.
Cons (-) I don't like how you have to check out by 10am, but they don't mind if you need extra time to pack up. Only other things was the water pressure in the shower sucked. barely was able to rinse the conditioner out of our hair
