Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the comfort of the beds, making it convenient for exploring the city and ensuring a good night's sleep. However, many reviews highlighted significant concerns about cleanliness, with issues ranging from unclean rooms to poorly maintained bathrooms. Service was also a common point of dissatisfaction, particularly regarding communication, check-in procedures, and lack of staff presence. Additionally, several guests found the rooms to be smaller than expected, which affected their overall comfort. While some appreciated the functional amenities, the negatives around cleanliness, service, and room size were frequently mentioned.
