Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and professional staff, exceptional breakfast selection, and prime location close to attractions and ski lifts. The amenities, including the spa, pools, and gym, are highly appreciated and contribute to a relaxing stay. However, some guests note that rooms in the older part of the hotel (Stammhaus) are small, dated, and in need of renovation, which contrasts with the modern and well-maintained main building. Overall, the positive experiences with service, breakfast, and amenities outweigh the negatives.
