Guests say
Overall, guests were very satisfied with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, high standards of cleanliness, and the variety and quality of food available at the restaurant and buffet. Many appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. Some reviews noted issues with the pool temperature, animation, and minor food variety, but these did not overshadow the positive experiences. Breakfast and pool experiences were mixed, with some guests finding them average or crowded. Despite a few negative comments about specific aspects like wifi and room comfort, the majority of guests enjoyed their stay and highlighted the excellent service and cleanliness.
