Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's breakfast, describing it as varied, fresh, and plentiful. The location is considered excellent for visiting Europa Park, with many guests highlighting its proximity. Cleanliness receives positive remarks, and some guests found the beds comfortable, though there were a few complaints about pillows and bed quality. Service experiences were mixed: while many found the staff friendly and helpful, others reported issues with unstaffed reception, language barriers, and slow responses to problems. The lack of air conditioning during hot weather was a recurring negative point, especially for families with children.
