Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions and tours. The staff received frequent praise for being friendly and helpful, with several reviews highlighting their assistance with luggage and check-in/out flexibility. Cleanliness was generally considered good, and many guests enjoyed the breakfast variety and quality. Room size and amenities like saunas were positively noted in some reviews.
