Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's lakeside location and pleasant views, finding the setting to be a highlight of their stay. However, many reviews expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of both the rooms and outdoor areas, noting issues such as mold, dirt, and general lack of upkeep. The service was frequently described as unresponsive or unfriendly, with several guests having trouble contacting staff or receiving assistance. Amenities, including the pool, spa, and playground, were often reported as outdated, dirty, or in disrepair. Overall, while the location and views were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
