Pros (+) Near Outlets?
Cons (-) 1. No microwave, that’s fine, there is a refrigerator full of stuffs for sale so you can’t use it, open the door, take any thing out longer than 45 secs, it is billed, be aware. 2. Wall as thin as a piece of paper, can hear lots of stuffs, bath room flush, shower, people talking, etc from other rooms. 3. Pros (+) Didn't attend due to not being able to get to the hotel.
Cons (-) Contacted Loews and cancelled the reservation without any issues, but the booking agency decided that it was within their no cancellation period, so still charged. If the hotel refunds, I fail to understand why the agency still charges?
