I’m vegan and the food options were limited. The breakfast overnight oats were tasty, too sweet and the portion was not quite enough. The mushroom pizza on a cauliflower crust was also tasty with WAY too much oil and shy of vegetables. I appreciated the security and the convenience to the airport and to the Blue Line to downtown Chicago was unbeatable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Easy to get to, walked from the terminal at the airport. Didn’t like staying in a handicapped room, did not ask for that room and it wasn’t needed.

Recliner in room was trash - no seat springs at all. Bathroom was tired. Check-in staff were cold and unwelcoming. Only the location was a very positive feature.

I like the convenience of having the hotel located across from terminal 2 at O'Hare. An easy walk underground from the hotel to the terminal. The hotel has very nice rooms and it is quiet despite being next to the airport. It has two good restaurants, one casual and one upscale. The fitness center is like a spa.
