Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and a few positive staff interactions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues: lack of breakfast despite advertising, frequent absence or unavailability of staff, and problems with cleanliness such as unclean rooms and leftover items from previous guests. Safety concerns and a lack of amenities like towels and working key cards were also mentioned. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the price reasonable, the negatives, especially regarding service and breakfast, were frequent.
