Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the city center, ferry port, and train station. Some found the rooms to be spacious and clean, and a few appreciated the vintage atmosphere and reasonable prices. However, many reviews highlighted serious issues with service, including rude or unhelpful staff, and noted that the hotel is in need of renovation and better maintenance. Cleanliness was mentioned as adequate in some cases but lacking in others. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but service and upkeep are significant concerns.
