Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and convenient location, making it easy to explore major attractions and access public transport. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as problems with service, including poor communication, unresponsive staff, and unprofessional handling of guest concerns. Noise from both the street and within the hotel was a frequent complaint, affecting guests' comfort. Several guests also felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing the quality of rooms and services as not meeting expectations. Overall, while the location was a strong positive, other aspects of the stay left much to be desired.
