Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location, often highlighting its proximity to the Spanish Steps and the beautiful views from their rooms and terraces. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who were described as charming, proactive, and accommodating. However, several guests were disappointed by the breakfast arrangement, which involved eating at a nearby café and was often considered subpar for the price and hotel rating. Some reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as unpleasant odors and lack of attention to detail, and a few guests found the room sizes smaller than expected. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was positive, especially regarding location and service.

Beautiful suite with private patio overlooking the Spanish Steps. Amazing room and wonderful staff. Somewhat difficult to find for first timers here. Wifi is poor for business travelers. I will certainly be back.
