Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to major attractions, and peaceful surroundings. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the tasteful design of the rooms and common areas. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of on-site staff, complicated self-check-in processes, and poor communication. Cleanliness was an issue for several guests, with reports of dirty floors and bathrooms. Amenities such as the kitchen, jacuzzi, and breakfast were often unavailable or not as advertised, leading to disappointment. Overall, while the property has great potential and some standout features, service and maintenance need improvement.
