Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction with service, as many guests found the staff rude, unhelpful, or disrespectful, and experienced issues at check-in. Cleanliness is another major concern, with multiple mentions of dirty floors, stained sheets, unpleasant smells, and unsanitary conditions throughout the property. While some guests appreciated friendly staff members and found the beds comfortable, these positives were overshadowed by the recurring negative experiences with service and cleanliness. A few reviews also mention minor issues with amenities and maintenance, but overall, the hotel struggles most with staff attitude and housekeeping.
