Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Termini station and local amenities. Many guests also appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the overall value for short stays. However, there are recurring complaints about bathroom issues, such as inconsistent water temperature, unpleasant odors, and small shower spaces. Cleanliness is another area of concern for several guests, with reports of dirty floors, bad smells, and maintenance issues. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and positive service experiences stand out.
