Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to major attractions like the Vatican and Trevi Fountain. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several guests describing the rooms as tidy and well-maintained. The service received positive remarks, especially for the friendly and helpful staff who accommodated special requests and provided assistance. However, the elevator was frequently mentioned as being small or inconvenient, and a few guests noted occasional unpleasant smells, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
