Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Rome's main attractions on foot. Many also complimented the friendly and helpful staff, with several mentioning positive experiences at the front desk and with housekeeping. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms well maintained while others noted issues with outdated decor and occasional lack of cleanliness. Breakfast was generally considered adequate but not exceptional, with a few negative remarks about quality. The most consistent complaint was about the elevator, which was often out of order and caused inconvenience, especially for guests with mobility challenges. Overall, the location and service were the standout positives, while maintenance and amenities could use improvement.
