Most guests praised the hotel's prime location near Termini Station, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many reviews highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms. Some guests appreciated comfortable beds and room upgrades. Despite some negative experiences, especially regarding noise and room comfort, the value for price and service were generally well regarded.
