Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near transport and attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and others reporting unfriendly or unhelpful attitudes. Value for price is often criticized, with extra charges for amenities like air conditioning and a general sense that the hotel does not meet expectations for the price. Bed comfort is also a common complaint, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable or inadequate.
