Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and public transport, making it convenient for exploring the city. Some guests appreciate the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, as well as the breakfast and amenities provided. However, there are frequent complaints about small room sizes, uncomfortable beds, and breakfast quality not matching expectations for a four-star hotel. Service and professionalism are seen as inconsistent, and some guests mention issues with air conditioning and bathroom facilities. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, often compensating for other shortcomings.
