Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Vatican, metro stations, and local amenities like shops and restaurants. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: while many found rooms and bathrooms clean, some noted issues with dirty showerheads and infrequent linen changes. Bed comfort was also mixed, with some guests finding beds comfortable and others reporting discomfort. Room size was a common complaint, with several guests finding rooms and bathrooms too small for comfort. Service was generally appreciated for staff friendliness and helpfulness, though a few guests mentioned delays at check-in and limited staff presence at times.
