Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near the Vatican and city center, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transport. However, many reviews mention issues with amenities, such as lack of a fridge, weak air conditioning, and limited reception hours. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting helpful staff while others experienced unresponsiveness, especially regarding late check-ins. Cleanliness is generally satisfactory but not outstanding. Room sizes and comfort vary, with some finding them adequate and others too small or basic.
