Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and transport. The host, Massimo, is frequently described as exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, greatly enhancing guests' experiences. While some reviews mention good cleanliness and daily room maintenance, others note issues with cleanliness, noise from the surrounding area, and a basic or limited breakfast. The property is generally considered a good value for the price, especially for short stays, but some guests are disappointed by shared bathrooms, weak water pressure, and the smell of cigarette smoke.
