Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near major transport links and attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with issues such as dirty towels, dust, and lack of linen changes. Breakfast arrangements are often confusing or disappointing, and several guests mention uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and bed comfort.
