Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location within or near the airport, making it ideal for layovers or early flights. However, many are dissatisfied with the value for price, citing extremely high rates for small, cramped rooms with minimal amenities. Several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, unhelpful or absent staff, and problems with room features such as non-functioning TVs and lack of basic items. While a few guests found the hotel suitable for a short stay or appreciated the proximity to terminals, the overall sentiment is negative due to poor service, small room sizes, and high costs.

Pros (+) Location. Right at the terminal for our transfer flight.
Cons (-) A little pricey, but worth it.
2.2
Poor
Heberto, Nov 2018
Cons (-) This hotel is past security at terminal 2E. Therefore, unless you're traveling through that terminal you can't access it. Frankly they should put this sign in all caps so people aren't fooled by it. When I called to cancel my reservation because we couldn't access the hotel they didn't give me any money back. Do yourself a favor and book ANY other hotel at CDG.
