Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions and shopping areas. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with several positive mentions of check-in experiences. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues in rooms, extra charges for parking, and the need for updates or improvements to amenities and facilities. Some guests also noted that certain amenities, such as the pool, restaurant, or WiFi, did not meet expectations. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, cleanliness and value for price were frequent concerns.

Restaurant prices were very high. Several minor problems in room that should have eben checked and corrected before rental. But they were taken care of immediately when complained to front desk.

Pros (+) We loved the overall ambiance and the friendliness of the staff. Evan gave us a warm welcome after a long day of traveling which really appreciated. The food was delicious and we loved our personal balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard while sipping on wine.
Cons (-) We loved everything!

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, there was free wi-fi, the rooms were clean and the heated pool and the hot tub were nice. I would stay here again.
Cons (-) Our room smelled a bit, there wasn't a vent with a fan in the bathroom and the room became super steamy whenever we took a shower. Our friends room did not have an odor.

Pros (+) I was only there overnight and this is he best choice in Rohnert Park. Grounds are nice and the location is central to things to do in the area. Rohnert Park, however, isn't a destination. Pool area is very nice. Room was fine but in need of updating. Popcorn ceilings and older fixtures.
Cons (-) The carpet in hallways and the room need replacing. Additional lighting in the large parking lot would make female travelers feel safer.
