Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shops and restaurants, and several mentioned friendly or helpful staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, stains, and musty smells. Bed comfort was frequently criticized, with several guests finding them too firm or uncomfortable. Value for price was also a concern, with some guests feeling the hotel did not meet expectations for the cost. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and value.
