Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including reports of pests and unclean facilities, as well as consistently negative experiences with service and staff responsiveness. Several guests found the noise level, especially from children and in dining areas, to be disruptive. The quality of breakfast and some meals was below expectations, with complaints about limited variety and poor taste. However, a few reviews mention that some rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a positive aspect amidst the criticisms.
