Wonderful
KARON, Jun 2020
Pros (+) The service was amazing. We had a relative at Mayo Clinic. Check in was at 3pm. We went to the hotel to make sure we had reservations there for that night. We were not able to stay at Mayo due to Covid19. The staff let us check in at 8:30am. Checkout was at 11am. Patient discharge was noon or after. Staff pushed our checkout to 1pm, which was perfect. I have had nothing but good experiences at Ham...
Cons (-) The breakfast items were reduced due to covid19. However, they were very adequate. The rooms were a little dated, but the hotel was under going remodeling, so I am sure that will get better.
