Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the convenient location and comfortable beds. Cleanliness was also positively mentioned in several reviews. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the lack of air conditioning and other amenities, especially during hot weather, and noted that some rooms were small or lacked modern features. Overall, the positive service and comfort outweighed the negatives for most guests.
