Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, describing it as strategic, central, and ideal for exploring the Dolomites. While some appreciated the value for money, friendly staff, and clean rooms, many reviews highlighted significant drawbacks. The restaurant and food quality were major sources of dissatisfaction, with guests describing meals as disappointing, repetitive, or poorly managed. Cleanliness and room comfort received mixed feedback, with some noting outdated facilities and issues with carpets or bathrooms. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset, while dining and some aspects of comfort need improvement.
