Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlighted the hotel's convenient location as a major advantage, with several mentioning easy access to key destinations. Many guests also appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about unpleasant odors, cleanliness issues in some rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, and inconsistent breakfast experiences. Some guests noted noise disturbances and limited amenities such as the absence of a pool or elevator. Overall, while the location and staff received positive remarks, improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and amenities would enhance guest satisfaction.
