Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in several cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. Many guests were disappointed by the lack of complimentary breakfast or limited breakfast options, and some were frustrated by the closure or absence of the advertised pool and hot tub. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and spacious, others noted maintenance problems and missing amenities. Overall, the hotel’s location and occasional positive staff interactions stood out, but cleanliness and amenity issues detracted from many stays.

Pros (+) The hotel was located in a great spot for us as we were traveling through. The hotel was clean and neat and staff was very friendly. Wed stay here again.
Cons (-) Unfortunately the only complaint would be the restaurant staff's ability to wait on tables and be prepared for it's customers. On the evening we checked in there was only one girl in the dining room and one in the bar. They could not handle the people that were there. The food was just ok, but my steak was overcooked like shoe leather and my husband's was good but they forgot to add the chicken. T...

Cons (-) Was unable to earn Hilton Points due to booking on Kayak. I have been a loyal Hilton customer for over 18 years and was even a Diamond VIP member for several years. I always search out a Hilton property whenever and wherever I travel. That being said, I will look elsewhere based on price and value if there is no benefit for staying loyal to Hilton regardless of how my reservation was booked.
