The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests noting positive experiences at check-in and during their stay. Many appreciated the breakfast offerings, describing them as satisfying and varied, though a few found them average. Cleanliness and bed comfort received mixed feedback; while some rooms were clean and comfortable, others noted issues like dust, dated decor, or uncomfortable beds.
